PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
I have been trying to send a mass payout for paypal all day. There seems
to be something wrong with their mass payout upload tool at this time. If
I am unable to send these payments within the next 24 hours by mass

I have setup a few new things in the site - more than I could list here
but here are the main site updates:
* PTSU Stats in member panels - you can now see all your approved and
denied PTSU's in your member panels.
* Forgot Pin Number Now in Member Menu (just above My Warnings button)
Just click on 'Forgot Pin' and you will be re-directed to a new page where
you can enter your username. A new pin number will be sent to your email
address (please make sure you check spam folder) which you can use as your
pin or use to update a new pin of your choice.
* Contests updated - new awards for members in contests with more cash
prizes. You can view current contests and prizes in your member panels by
clicking the 'Contests' button.
* Claim bonus - if you refer a member who has made at-least 250 link
clicks you can sell them to the site and receive $0.10 into you account.
Only swap 1 member at a time - if you swap more that 1 at a time you may
only be paid for 1. Please email me if you need any assistance.
* Support Tickets - can be submitted by all members, I am here to help you
so don't be afraid to contact me via this method. All support tickets will
be responded to within 24 hours of submitting. If you would rather contact

Paypal are currently experiencing problems with masspay which means I am

NEW SECTION IN OUR FORUM:
As our site grows, we encounter more and more oddities. By saying this I
mean, members who cheat become angry and spread lies about our site or
some members will make accusations that I can't even tell you where they
have come from. It is very time consuming to try to dispute those who
choose to do this but showing screen shots is necessary. So I have put in
a section that I can place screen shots as I become aware of a situation.
If any members see a person accusing our site of something, I would
appreciate it if you let me know where you found it. I can then redirect
the conversation to our forum where I have placed proof that what they are
saying has not happened. Members keeping me informed also helps me to make
right any mistakes that I may have made. Some times members become use to
Admin's not answering them so they do not bother to try any more. If I am
not approached about a situation, I can not investigate and determine
whether it is the fault of that member or myself. I
appreciate those of you who in the past have come to me with things you
have found online :) It has been a great help!
With all of this said I want to thank all of our Honest members in
Christyclix. The PTC world was a great idea and concept but has been
dragged down by cheaters. So I think that we focus too much on those who
do cheat and don't take enough time to really appreciate those who don't.
ALL OF MY HONEST MEMBERS HAVE A GREAT BIG THANK YOU FROM ME!! You guys are
the ones who make any PTC site Awesome :)
PAYPAL UPDATES:
Today while making payouts on Paypal I noticed that to send a payment
$1-$7 I was charged $0.34, to send a payment $7 - $14 I was charged $0.68,
and to send a Payment from $7 - $26.00 I was charged $1.08! These fees per
payment are too large to sustain. We do not charge near enough in fees at
cashout time to cover this. I have thought about a solution to this and
have only came up with the solution to wave all cash out fees to members
when requesting and sending the payments normally. This would mean that
members will be responsible for paying the fees when they receive payment.
If you have a request payment pending at this time and you had to pay a
fee, I suggest canceling your payment and requesting again. This way you
can request with no fee from the site. If any one has a better solution
that will work well for everyone please email me and let me know.

First Off...Thank you to all you who have supported the new changes about
cheating and Terms for payouts. I do so like hearing your input about
things since without you, there would be no site for me to worry about.
OK NOW FOR MY BIG OOPS!!!
Ummm...I put up the wrong memberships LOL. I am sure some of you looked at
them and thought I was completely off my rocker!!! Not the case, just
those upgrades are for different sites.
The "REAL" Upgrades are now on site.
Now as per the Terms, beginning August 1, 2010, certain countries need to
be upgraded in order to request payout. As I explained before, this is
something that no one should take personal, it is just something that
needs to happen. BUT to make it easier, there is a small 'verifier'
upgrade which offers higher referral earnings and higher ptp earnings and
is only $3 for a year. That is not bad since you will make that back in
your first month or so and that leaves the rest of the year free and
clear.
Also...something to remember...this little investment also gives you
access to 'upgraded only' ads and also the lower 'upgraded payout minimum'
for payout requests. So as I see it...it is a Win-Win for us both!
And I did notice that there are only 30'ish ads on site right now so ...

All ads and ad pack will be doubled (manually within 24 hrs) and...

of bringing alot of the suspended/deleted members back for review to see

Well you all asked for it so here it is!!!
Lower fees for payout requests. 3% instead of 10%
Higher link values for viewing ads. Minimum link value is .0003
Now there is a catch to this...I will no longer pay cheaters and/or
abusers. I know that this may sound mean but here we go. I think it is
time that I changed and treated this as a business instead of a place for
me and my friends to have fun. The advertisers deserve better and so do
you members.
The following has been adjusted in the Terms Cheating section:
Accounts with 25 cheat check fails will be moved to the 'DO NOT PAY' group
or deleted.
Accounts with a signup score of over 5,000 will be moved to the 'DO NOT
PAY' group or deleted. (This is the score that shows how many referrals
you have gained against how many PTP hits you have received. Normally a
signup score of over 5,000 shows PTP abuse and/or autosurf use, and
Autosurfs are not allowed.
Accounts with 5 false submittals to a PTSU offer will be moved to the 'DO
NOT PAY' group or deleted without warning.
Accounts with 1 false submittal to a clearly marked 'Admin Offer' will be
moved to the 'DO NOT PAY' group or deleted without warning.
Accounts found to be using auto clicking software or promoting such
software or sites will be deleted without warning.
Accounts with Auto-Responders or bouncing emails will be deleted without
warning.
Multiple accounts with the same IP will be reviewed to decide if they are
the same users and will be deleted immediately.
Members found to be using false information to gain referrals will be
deleted immediately.
Members attempting to cheat the country verification or using proxys will
be deleted immediately.
So with that being said I have paid to have the information added to your
account panel. Now you can see how many denied ptsu offers you have, what
your signup score is, and how many cheat checks you have failed.
If you are wondering if you are on the 'do not pay' list, just visit the
Hall of Shame link on the top of the site and search for your name. You
will also see the reason that you are on the list.
I have also put up some different specials for all to see.

Couple quick updates for everyone....
Payouts have been done for all members.
Terms have been simplified and updated.
I will NOT be doing the payout restrictions until paypal starts to enforce

I will be updating some of the upgrades and changing some of the ad

PAYOUT CHANGES:
There are going to be some changes on our payout methods.
1. Mass Payouts are being changed to the 9th of every month. The reason
for this is because the day I have access to funds to pay the members of
our site has changed from the 8th to the 9th. For members who have a
Christy's lifetime Upgrade membership, your payouts will be the 9th and
23rd of each month. Please do not mistaken the Christy's Lifetime upgrade
with other Lifetime upgrades. Only members who have the upgrade with the
title Christy's Lifetime Upgrade are able to cash out 2 times a month. If
your Lifetime upgrade says anything else, you need to request as a regular
mass payout.
2. The payment option will no longer be taken down on the 1st of the month
and you are no longer required to request by a certain time :)
3. I have recently changed jobs. I worked many years in nursing and have
decided to go back to this job field. Since my schedule is more chaotic, I
will be making payments daily as funds are available. The way this will
work is each day we have funds and payment request, I will pay upgraded
members first, then free members. This is not a guarantee of payment as of
the day you request. I am still only Guaranteeing payments on the 9th and
the 23rd BUT there will be early payments made. This way I will not have
700 payments in a day to verify and payout :)
If anyone has any questions about these changes please let me know.
CHANGES IN TOS:
Yesterday a member brought to my attention a post made about our site by
another member. This post stated that we were a scam and they had been
waiting for their payment for months. It is no secret that we were in a
bind with payouts because of some very large paypal disputes, and for the
time it took me to catch up, I apologize. We are now caught up and then
some but the accusations that this member was making was not from a
pending payout request. This member had requested a couple of times then
canceled his own payment request. With no pending request in place, he
began to call us a scam. He did not email me with questions or bother to
read our site emails. The time it takes me to do screen shots to dispute
false accusations and then search and post behind members like this is
great. I have added a section in our TOS that states this:
"False accusations - Any member who makes a false accusation against
our site, your account will be deleted and your balance and pending payout
will be deleted. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY PART OF OUR TOS!"
This does not happen often but it has happened in the past. Members will
state false accusations, I will do screen shots and then they will be paid
as the member above was. Unfortunately members like this are looking for
angles to manipulate me and I just will not tolerate it any longer. If
there is a problem and you need assistance on any subject, please email
me. If there is ever a problem with our contact page and you are not
answered, you can always post in our forum or email me directly at
christyclix@gmail.com.
On a better note, I would like to thank the members of christyclix that
support us. It hasn't always been easy but you guys always help us pull

Hello all...I am the new owner of surfptc.info. I am Tammie aka Mumsof6
and I do own a few other sites (both ptc and ptr alike).
I just wanted to take a minute to drop you a note and let you know that
there will be changes.
I was looking around the site and saw some really odd things so I will be
going thru everything very carefully.
I had sent this email out a few times but the mailer was not set up right
so I think I finally got it fixed. That is why there was the 'test' email
sent out earlier.
Right after this goes out I will start going thru the site and looking at
things very carefully. I like the settings so far but there are just a few
other things that need a little tweaking. Seems that since the site has
opened it has paid out more money than it has brought in. I would like to
change that a little bit LOL.
I did notice that there are payouts waiting...I will get to those. I also
noticed that there are quite a few ads waiting to be approved. I will get
those approved and out in rotation as soon as this email is finished.
I will also use this email to find those that use 'autoresponders'. This
will not be allowed as it has a tendency of clogging the server and makes
the site run slower.
I will also be deleting cheaters. These members will be the ones that have
clicked the bot trap page and I will have to review the 'cheat check
fails' also but not until i look at the questions to make sure that they
are understandable. Sometimes it's too easy to fail the questions if you
don't read them right.
I do have certain standards with my other sites that I will have to follow
here also (most of which includes Paypal and payout guidelines...stuff
like that).
If any of you already know me you will know that I am fair and honest and
have a tendency of just paying everyone for anything as long as you do not
cheat. You also know that I often give goodies when I send out long emails
like this so I like to tell people to keep that admin mailer on so you
don't miss out on anything. You also know that I do not make changes
without telling everyone and giving plenty of notice before I do anything.

few days to let you all know what is going on.

I will no longer be adding my own advertisements to Smileyclicks. So you
may be noticing 10 less advertisements then usual per day. We have gotten
sick of the many low profit days. Our sites signup ratio is great but for
some reason people do not buy even when deals are good.
All of our deals may cost maybe $4+ but in reality you are getting a great
deal. People buying packages is what keeps our site running. I was
probably handing out $10 of my own money a day by putting my own ads to
click.

decided to discontinue using SeamlessWebSolutions services and instead I
have opted for a more reliable, yet more expensive, alternative hosting
company. At this time, we are using two servers until July 6th when the
SeamlessWebSolutions hosting stops. This means that for a couple of days
during the beginning of July, we will be moving everything leftover onto
the new server, this may mean some downtime but that will be announced

There are some other small changes on EarnEasyCash such as the Withdraw
procedure. You may now only have one active Pending withdraw. If you make

cancel your first request and then create another request. You will still
be paid within 72 hours of your original request. The 'Redeem Code'
feature on the Bonus page is disabled. Thank you all for participating!
Currently there is no plan to re-enable the feature, but I may bring it

Today is my clean up day LOL. Had quite a few things with the kids school

pages so that there is no mistaking what I am talking about. Those that
are already on the Terms pages are still in effect.
Now for the Trivia, thanks to those members (under 10) who submitted
answers and I am a little amazed that not more members took my up on the
free money. It clearly states on the bottom of the site who owns the site
and what day I took over. All right there for the whole world to see LOL.
Once I get all that caught up, and those of you who sent in contact emails
will be receiving your answers and updates today, I will think of

Couple thing going on this weekend...
1) I will be clearing out all the ads that have 0 credits on them so that
we run smoother so if you don't want to have to put your ads up again (omg

2) Clearing out cheaters - This is the last warning you will receive so if

Ok, back to my excitement...This script is going to make things a little
more admin friendly for me to be able to serve and communicate with you
all better about ads and other issues.
I could go on and on about all the neat little things in here, but I will
hold off on that for now cuz you guys are probably gonna hate me for the
first few weeks lol. But to make that better, if anyone was really paying
attention, and I did notice that a few of you were...the ads were reset
during the install so you had the opportunity to click them twice today
WOOHOOO. Ooops I just gave away the secret since there is still 1 hour
until the cron resets so you can still grab your bonus money.
Ok now on to why you are going to hate me....
'Personal Pin'...
For new members, this will not apply since you had to do one when you
joined today but for all of you existing wonders of amazement, what this
is is a secondary type of security to protect your account. Now since you
did not get to choose your 'pin' when you signed up, I am going to walk
you thru it right here.
You new members who have just signed up today can actually just delete
this message right now since you won't be missing anything...unless you
need to 'change your pin' in the future.
step 1: Log in to your account.
step 2: Go to your account panel and choose 'account' for your profile
area.
step 3: Towards the bottom you will see the 'Your Personal Pin' area. You
will need to hit the 'Forgot Pin' button so the system can make you a
temporary pin number and have it sent to your email.
step 4: This will be your new pin code for any changes that you make to
your profile area or request payout from this day forward UNLESS you want
to change it to something you can actually remember...Just enter your new
pin in the new pin area and confirm it again then paste your temporary pin
in the 'Old Personal Pin' area, hit save and TA-DA!!! You are done.
See that wasn't so bad.
But I will go one step further for you since I don't expect you to do this
right now or even hang on to this email until you are ready. What I will
do is list this in the 'contact ticket system' in the 'Knowledgebase' area
so you can retrieve this at any time.
See and you thought this was going to be a small email about me being
happy!!!!
Well I have to admit that it really doesn't take much to thrill me these
days...oh and you should see the inside admin area...it is the most
beautiful shade of blue...makes you feel good just seeing it LOL.

Seems I have some bad news.

to all freeclix ads. but when you put this with the fact that the owner of
this site is showing over 5000 hits to his ptp link per day and then you
compound it with this...

I tend to get a little suspicious.
As much as I try to block these sites, the system is still allowing the
hits for some reason.
Trust me, if a site was giving even 500 hits to one of my ads everyday,

this for one week and see how it turns out.
For those of you who are showing your ads in autosurf...I have joined a
few of them just to see whose ads they are and I will be joining the rest
to see who is still running them in autosurfs, like the login message says
that you can't do anymore since April 25, 2010, so that I can put a stop
to this.
I am sorry to single out the one site but I just need people to be aware
that I really do monitor what goes on and other webmasters should monitor
for things like this also.
I do not want to just start blocking sites because a few people have
abused the system. That is unfair to honest members.
Sorry to be such a butt this early in the morning, but for those who are
cheating...this is the last warning.
Like I said - I will monitor the situation after the new script is
installed and we shall take it from there. If I do decide to go approved
list only, I will have a link to show the sites and I will also add most
of the sites that I already show in the logs so that you will not have to
remember where you are running the ads and lose downtime by having to
request approval.

Ok so hopefully this is the last time you will hear me saying
this....doing a script upgrade tonight or tomorrow morning.
Yeah I know - you hear that all the time.
Well i have to tell you that i am just tired of all the issues that have
been going on with this script with referral earnings and all that other
stuff so i decided to try a script from someone else.
So please as you go to bed tonight, say a little prayer that it all works
better than the piece of #&$%@ that i have now!!! and as always,
please tell me if you notice anything that is just not quite right.
I have some very good news for everyone.
I have found a few ways to raise the link values and lower the fees for
cashout.
1) I have placed a few ads in the PTSU section that said very
clearly...ADMIN SUPPORT and yet we still have people who will purposely
enter fake email/sign-up information. These members are clearly cheating
and so if you are not bright enough to not cheat on an ADMIN offer, I
cannot help but be compelled to delete your account.
*Terms will reflect - 1 fake sign-up to an admin offer is immediate
account deletion. 5 fake sign-ups to other honest member sign-up offer is
immediate deletion. Fair enough? I know sometimes it is hard to check them
daily to keep the cheaters from being automatically paid and I hope this
will keep the advertisers happier.
Thank you to the member who is sending me reports of his fake sign-ups. I
was having an area installed so I could view this easier and wouldn't you
know it - the denies don't register in accounts now for some reason so
these will be posted in the forum as a 'view item' and a link will be
placed on site until I can get this issue resolved.
2) I am still deciding what to do about the PTP and the abusers issue. I
will work on this over the weekend and finally come to some decision as to
how to handle this. I was going to go to approved sites only (which i
still might) but I have noticed a certain program owner who has been
making his own page in the site and adding more than 3 iframe boxes to
show more than 1 site at a time and then running that link in autosurfs so
it can't be detected.
3) Suspended vs. Canceling of accounts. In the past, I have had addons
installed so that I could suspend members for certain issues...inactivity
and cheat check fails and so on. I will no longer be suspending anyone. I
chose to keep true member stats on the front page for advertisers to see
and I will continue to do so. Therefore, the Terms will reflect that as of
June 1, 2010:
40 day inactives will be deleted.
25 total cheat check fails will be deleted.
Paypal chargeback accounts will be deleted if what you purchased was
properly credited to your account.
1 Admin offer fake sign-up and your account will be deleted.
5 Member fake sign-up offer submits and your account will be deleted.
More than 1 account per IP and it is obvious, all accounts will be
deleted. (I do understand about internet cafes and the system doesn't
always block the multiple IP's for some reason so sometimes I have made
allowances if I can see that it is not a blatant error to gain referrals
like the member engine who has also referred members engine01 thru engine
09...oh yes, you are being deleted from all of my sites.
~~Definition of Deleted: you will lose your account, all earnings, ads,
upgrades, referrals and other perks and I will not restore your account if
found to be in violation of any of the Terms. If your account was deleted
in error than every effort will be made to return your account to you
intact.
This is my bottom line.
I love you guys, you are some of the best members that I have ever had and
I want to give you more and in order to do that, I need to pull the weeds.
Please remember that these accounts are yours and yours alone to maintain.
If your account is as important to you as it is to me, than please try to
maintain it in good standings.
I would rather keep my 350 great members who click if not daily than at
least 3-4 times a week, than the ptp/ptsu cheaters that seem to riddle
these ptc sites to keep my stats at over 1,000 members.
As always, if you do not feel that I am being fair than we need to end our
association. Please send me a contact and I will pay your account in full
and then you are free to cancel your account.
Sorry to be kinda mean but like I said, I want to give those that deserve
it 'more' and this is the best way.

Mine ... not so good but anyway ...
In the ongoing effort to repair certain issues with the referral earnings,
we did a little tweaking and, well, it kinda worked. It re-added all
referral earnings from day 1 to your accounts.
We were able to find a backup from just before this happened and uploaded
that backup and we will monitor the referral earnings now.
The only issue is ... I have never done that before so I am not sure what
all is affected. I will go thru the accounts to make sure that those who
made purchases and such still have their credits and ads, as I don't think
that this area will be affected but I can't be too careful and want to
make sure that everything is good.
Seems part of the problem with the referral earnings is that when I
upgraded the script, the new script was only adding in the ptc links and
not the emails and ptr ads as well. That has now been fixed to include
these also. Those who were having issues with referral earnings, if you
could please check them for the next few days, that would help me out
immensely.

think I have found a solution. So as long as everything goes well members

CHANGES WITH PAYPAL:
Christyclix will slowly be moving away from Paypal and will begin using
Liberty Reserve, Moneybookers (will be available after we become
verified), and Alertpay. There are issues with Paypal at times, like
people joining our site and other sites, then making a purchase. After
they make this purchase and use all the credits they bought, they put in a
Paypal dispute stating they never received their purchase. Then Paypal
reverses the transaction and our site is out of money. Paypal Fraud is
unfortunately very common and Paypal is truly the one to blame. If they
looked at evidence of the purchases and didn't refund the money, then
people wouldn't be encouraged to continue this behavior. Our current
member who has commited Paypal Fraud is username: wierbludo, paypal

In almost a month we had our paypal account limited. Most likely because
of the all higher cash flow we had.A lot of premium members requested
payment more than once everyday, something we limited way too late. This
all triggered paypal automatic limitation system (at least that's what I
think).
Now the paypal account is unlimited again and we can start recovering from
the damage this all have done to us all.
This is how we will continue earn.bz while we are recovering:
Premium members:
You will receive your payment within 25 days (note within not after). The
maximum amount you can request is 100$, the rest will be added back to
your account balance.
You can convert your account balance to rental balance by opening a
support ticket.
You need to be willing to convert atleast 100$ or we won't do it. We will
later allow you to withdraw without limits.
Standard members:
You will receive your payment within 45 days.To request your first payment
you will need to have atleast 10 referrals and 1$ in referral earnings or
more.To request your second payment and all the payments after that, you
will need to have at least 20 referrals and 2$ in referral earnings or
more. 50% of the referrals must be international, meaning that they can't
come from the same country. You can't convert your account balance to

I know this is not in the Terms, but it will be so this is the only
'warning' you will receive.
I am going thru the top domains that site hits are coming from and tons of
them are 'auto surf' sites.
Now most of you know that this is a no-no but I will add it to the Terms.
Using autosurfs to gain ptp earnings is (will be) a violation of Terms and
grounds for IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT DELETION.
For those of you who are using autosurfs, i am blocking those domains so
you will NOT receive any credits for them.
I had wanted to avoid the whole 'approved list for ptp' but if the
auto-surfs continue, this will be applied. and trust me, since i do own a
few other sites, i will NOT just stop what i am doing to add your sites to
the list, they will be added once a week.
I am also going thru the site and finding those who have terribly large
sign-up scores. Meaning, you are sending 10K hits to the site but only
have 1 in every 500 that signup. hmmm....can you say auto-surf? where now
one is interested in seeing anything or even there to see it?
I will continue to watch this for the next few weeks and this will tell me
how far things need to be changed to remove the abusers.
The fun email will still come out.
Payouts have all been processed. Please check your account to make sure
your payout request was processed and then check your Paypal account to
make sure you have received the funds. Paypal has been omitting some of my
payouts lately without telling me, and I find out when the members tell
me, so I thought we could get this squared right away.

then I have the right to enforce a few more of the Terms. One stating
'failing more than 10 cheat questions in one month' (yes i do reset them
every month back to 0), then you cannot read English and are therefore in
violation of the major Terms of the site. The questions are stupidly easy
if you can read English. I even give you the answers on a few of them. So,
as per Terms, once you fail 10 or more cheat questions in any 30 day
period, you either have the option to become an 'ads only/redeem' member
or quit the site. I know I am being mean and to 'some' of you...i do
apologize.
I think that is it for now, BUT...
there will be another admin email later today to outline what will be
happening next month. Lot's of fun and NEW stuff.
I have worked hard to get some of the issues fixed but am still having a
small issue with some members X-Credits disappearing. Please let me know
if this has happened to you.
